Who was the leading general and prime minister of Japan during World War II?

Hideki Tojo was Japan’s leading military figure and served as prime minister during much of World War II, from 1941 to 1944. The other choices were leaders of Spain, Italy, and Japan’s emperor, respectively; Hirohito was emperor, not the prime minister.
