By accessing or using Revolt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Revolt is a browser-based automation tool designed to assist users with Edgenuity coursework. The Service provides features including but not limited to auto-advance, quiz automation, assignment completion assistance, and instruction skipping. The Service is provided as a userscript that runs within your web browser.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Revolt, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences thereof
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You understand the potential academic implications of using automation tools
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service
• You will not share your account credentials or license keys with others

4. Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Revolt cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account unless explicitly authorized through a subscription plan.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms vary based on the type of purchase:

• One-Time Keys: Non-refundable after activation or 24 hours from purchase, whichever comes first
• Subscriptions: Billed monthly, can be cancelled at any time. No prorated refunds for partial months
• Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before service activation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revolt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revolt, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. This includes any academic consequences, account suspensions, or other penalties that may result from using automation tools.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
