Which option would allow you to watch an HD video, without delays in playback, on a computer with a Mac OS and a connection that has a lower bit rate?

H.264 is a video compression standard that can preserve good HD picture quality while using a relatively low bit rate. That makes it the best choice for smoother playback on a slower connection. QuickTime and Flash Player are playback technologies, while MPG is a file format rather than the most specific low-bit-rate video codec here.
