What was President Clinton’s response when US troops were killed in a conflict in Somalia in 1993?

After 18 U.S. servicemembers were killed in the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, President Clinton announced that U.S. forces would leave Somalia. The decision was a withdrawal, not an increase in troops or a treaty between the warring sides. The correct choice is “He withdrew all US troops from the region.”
