Which list accurately describes the course of Abraham Lincoln’s political career?

Lincoln began his political career in the Illinois state legislature, serving in the state House of Representatives. He later served one term in the U.S. House of Representatives before becoming president. He was never a U.S. senator or governor of Illinois, so the accurate sequence is Illinois state legislator, member of the House of Representatives, and U.S. president.
